Friends of the Rail Park seeks a consultant to develop the Rail Park Community First Plan. The selected consultant(s) will collaborate with FRP and other community and municipal stakeholders to conduct a neighborhood planning process linking the development of the Rail Park to broader community and neighborhood development goals.
