2026 National Pollinator Week takes place from June 22 to June 28. This global celebration highlights the critical role of bees, butterflies, bats, and other pollinators.
While we celebrate our pollinators every day, on June 25th, LandHealth Institute, an organization dedicated to restoring ecosystems and strengthening connections between people and the natural world.
During this interactive exploration of the Rail Park, participants will learn about the hidden and fast-moving processes that shape the nature around us every day. From pollinators carrying pollen between flowers to animals dispersing seeds across urban landscapes, LandHealth Institute will highlight the often-overlooked creatures and systems that help plants grow, spread, and adapt in surprising ways.
Guests will discover how spontaneous nature emerges in cities, how ecosystems can transform quickly through natural relationships, and why biodiversity matters in urban environments. Participants will also learn simple ways to support pollinators, native plants, and healthy habitats in their own neighborhoods.
